With remote access to probably every Proton renal system in the UK, Vitalpulse is contracted by UK Transplant, UK Renal Registry, and Scottish Renal Registry to develop and maintain data extract routines for renal units nationwide and to format it to a variety of data standards, including XML and EDIfact. In 2004 we were contracted by the NHSIA to produce the NPfIT spine data definitions for renal medicine, and awarded a national contract to provide interfaces to the internet-based patient records project, Renal Patient View for which we also developed the XML schema. Derby Maternity Service: Development of an interactive real-time interface between their clinical information system and the National Numbers for Babies scheme (NN4B) issuing and allocating NHS numbers for the new-born.
